Oh Thanksgiving...I had family in my house for a couple weeks before and after thanksgiving and between huge dinners and desserts everywhere, I got off track too.
Good luck with your class, I hope you get back on track!

After a great start to the week, I kind of fell off my plan, due to tiredness, stress and a long day at work yesterday. But I plan on doing a workout tomorrow and on Sunday and hopefully get myself back on track on the weekend.

Accountability is huge for me too, I forward my Traineo progress email to most of my family and close friends so they have help me out.
And I completely know what you mean about the end of the week. My routine is Monday-Thursday where I'm at the gym everyday and keeping close watch on my diet...so by the time I get to the weekend, I'm exhausted and want to eat everything. I've gotten a lot better since starting this routine about 6 weeks ago, but it is still a huge struggle for me.
I like your idea of working out everyday, no matter how long or intense. Many times I forget I don't HAVE to go to the gym, I can do pushups, situps, take a bike ride, play with my dog, whatever.
